Founded in 2021 and based out of Gilbert, Arizona, It's Za Time is a homemade sourdough pizza collective that strives to bring people together and help support those in need through the love of all things pizza!

Our sourdough pizza is made from scratch and is naturally leavened with our own sourdough culture we have kept active for the last 3 years to deliver a truly delicious hand-crafted pizza experience.

It’s Za Time is proud to be a member of Slice Out Hunger, an organization that fights food insecurity in our community by raising money to make and send pizza deliveries to local hunger action centers in our area. Our campaigns have raised over $1,000 so far, and have helped feed many families in need!

Owner Justin Hellwig comes from a background in graphic design and video production. It’s Za Time has utilized these talents and brought them to the world of pizza by having the opportunity to produce freelance video production work for Ooni, the portable outdoor pizza oven company, and developed creative media spots for use across their social media accounts. Justin believes that anyone can enjoy amazing homemade pizza regardless of skill level or equipment and strives to help teach his craft to those looking to learn!
